The industry’s overall hiring increased by 2.62% in March 2022 when compared with February 2022.

Top five medical companies in China’s IT recruitment activity in March 2022
The top five companies, in terms of number of jobs as tracked by GlobalData, have accounted for a combined average growth of 139.02% share in the overall IT recruitment activity of China’s medical industry during March 2022 over February 2022.
GE Healthcare posted 25 IT jobs in March 2022 and registered a rise of 525% over the previous month. Thermo Fisher Scientific with 20 IT jobs and Danaher with 18 jobs, recorded a 66.67% growth and a 28.57% growth, respectively, while Winner Medical Group recorded an increase of 42.86% with 10 job postings during March 2022.
Junior Level job postings dominate in March 2022
Junior Level jobs held a share of 77.67%, up by 56.86% from February 2022. Mid Level positions with a 20.39% share, registered an increase of 250% compared with the previous month.
In the third place was Entry Level job ads with a 1.94% share, down 71.43% over February 2022.
