US-based company Danaher’s IT hiring declined 6.9% in November 2021 when compared with the previous month, according to GlobalData’s Job Analytics database.

The company’s overall hiring activity declined by 2.92% in November 2021 when compared with October 2021.

IT jobs claimed an 11.77% share in the company’s total hiring activity in November 2021, and recorded a 0.62% decline over the last three-month average share.

Software and Web Developers, Programmers, and Testers tops Danaher IT hiring in November 2021

Out of the total IT job titles posted by Danaher, Software and Web Developers, Programmers, and Testers emerged as the leading occupation, recording a share of 70.93% in November 2021, and a 47.58% rise over October 2021, while Database and Network Administrators and Architects claimed a share of 8.53% in November 2021, and registered growth of 4.76%. Miscellaneous Computer Occupations held a share of 6.59% in November 2021, a 26.09% drop from October 2021.

Asia-Pacific drives IT hiring at Danaher

Asia-Pacific emerged as the leading region in the global medical IT hiring activity in November 2021 with a 49.22% share, which marked a 144.23% rise over the previous month.

North America stood next with 27.13%, registering a 31.37% month-on-month decline. Europe was the third leading region with a 21.32% share and a 19.57% rise over October 2021.

In the fourth place was Middle East & Africa with a share of 1.94% and a month-on-month increase of 150%. South & Central America stood at the bottom of the table with a share of 0.39%, registering a flat growth over the previous month.

India commanded a leading presence in the region’s medical industry IT hiring activity with a 41.47% share in November 2021, a 167.5% growth over October 2021. US featured next with a 24.42% share, down 30.77% over the previous month. The UK recorded a 5.43% share, an increase of 40% compared with October 2021.

Junior Level jobs lead Danaher IT hiring activity in November 2021

Junior Level jobs held a share of 74.42%, up by 38.13% from October 2021. Mid Level positions with an 18.6% share, a growth of 23.08% compared with the previous month.

In the third place was Entry Level job ads with a 6.98% share, down 25% over October 2021.
