The company’s overall hiring activity declined by 19.65% in February 2022 when compared with January 2022.

IT jobs claimed a 14.36% share in the company’s total hiring activity in February 2022, and recorded a 2.62% growth over the last three-month average share.
Software and Web Developers, Programmers, and Testers tops Demant IT hiring in February 2022
Out of the total IT job titles posted by Demant, Software and Web Developers, Programmers, and Testers emerged as the leading occupation, recording a share of 79.26% in February 2022, and a 4.49% drop over January 2022, while Database and Network Administrators and Architects claimed a share of 9.04% in February 2022, and registered a decline of 26.09%. Miscellaneous Computer Occupations held a share of 6.91% in February 2022, a 44.44% rise from January 2022.
Europe drives IT hiring at Demant
Europe emerged as the leading region in the global medical IT hiring activity in February 2022 with a 55.32% share, which marked a flat growth over the previous month.
North America stood next with 28.72%, registering a 10% month-on-month decline. Asia-Pacific was the third leading region with a 15.96% share and a 34.78% drop over January 2022.
Poland commanded a leading presence in the region’s medical industry IT hiring activity with a 41.49% share in February 2022, a 10.34% decline over January 2022. US featured next with a 28.72% share, down 10% over the previous month. India recorded a 15.43% share, a decline of 19.44% compared with January 2022.
Junior Level jobs lead Demant IT hiring activity in February 2022
Junior Level jobs held a share of 74.47%, down by 25.53% from January 2022. Mid Level positions with a 13.83% share, a growth of 1200% compared with the previous month.
In the third place was Entry Level job ads with an 11.7% share, up 15.79% over January 2022.
