The industry’s overall hiring increased by 2.97% in September 2022 when compared with August 2022.

The top five companies, in terms of number of jobs as tracked by GlobalData, have accounted for a combined average growth of 39.29% share in the overall IT recruitment activity of Germany’s medical industry during September 2022 over August 2022.
Bruker posted 11 IT jobs in September 2022 and registered a rise of 83.33% over the previous month, followed by Sartorius with 9 jobs and a flat growth. Medtronic with 7 IT jobs and Sysmex with 6 jobs, recorded a 16.67% growth and a flat growth, respectively, while Baxter International recorded a decline of 14.29% with 6 job postings during September 2022.
Junior Level job postings dominate in September 2022
Junior Level jobs held a share of 83.16%, down by 30.7% from August 2022. Entry Level positions with a 9.47% share, registered a decline of 25% compared with the previous month.
In the third place was Mid Level job ads with a 4.21% share, down 75% over August 2022.
