The industry’s overall hiring is decreased by 2.07% in August 2022 when compared with July 2022.

Top five medical companies in India’s IT recruitment activity in August 2022
The top five companies, in terms of number of jobs as tracked by GlobalData, have accounted for a combined average decline of 15.45% share in the overall IT recruitment activity of India’s medical industry during August 2022 over July 2022.
Carl Zeiss posted 75 IT jobs in August 2022 and registered a rise of 53.06% over the previous month, followed by Koninklijke Philips with 37 jobs and a 37.29% drop. Danaher with 27 IT jobs and Thermo Fisher Scientific with 25 jobs, recorded a 25% decline and a 43.18% decrease, respectively, while Medtronic recorded a decline of 31.25% with 22 job postings during August 2022.
Junior Level job postings dominate in August 2022
Junior Level jobs held a share of 60.28%, down by 15.42% from July 2022. Mid Level positions with a 26.6% share, registered a decline of 27.88% compared with the previous month.
In the third place was Entry Level job ads with a 13.12% share, down 27.45% over July 2022.
