The industry’s overall hiring is decreased by 7.14% in December 2021 when compared with November 2021.

The top five companies, in terms of number of jobs as tracked by GlobalData, have accounted for a combined average decline of 13.67% share in the overall IT recruitment activity of Poland’s medical industry during December 2021 over November 2021.
Demant posted 100 IT jobs in December 2021 and registered a drop of 18.7% over the previous month, followed by Arjo with 7 jobs and a 250% growth. GE Healthcare with 6 IT jobs and Zimmer Biomet Holdings with 4 jobs, recorded a 40% decline and a 300% growth, respectively, while Danaher recorded a flat growth with 3 job postings during December 2021.
Junior Level job postings dominate in December 2021
Junior Level jobs held a share of 85.71%, down by 16.18% from November 2021. Entry Level positions with a 12.03% share, registered an increase of 14.29% compared with the previous month.
In the third place was Mid Level job ads with a 2.26% share, down 62.5% over November 2021.
