GE HealthCare has introduced Revolution RT, a radiation therapy computed tomography (CT) solution designed to boost imaging accuracy.

It is also claimed to simplify the simulation workflow to provide more personalised and seamless oncology care for clinicians and patients.

The iRT platform, which interfaces with the Spectronic magnetic resonance imaging Planner, was originally launched at ESTRO 2023.

Besides claiming to enable greater interoperability, connectivity, and efficiency throughout the radiation oncology care continuum, it offers features such as an integrated workflow that links many applications into an intuitive single interface, multi-vendor interoperability, seamless data transfer and task automation, and a catalogue of RT applications from both the company as well as third parties.
