BioTelemetry Inc has announced plans to acquire Swiss healthcare technology and solution company, LifeWatch AG, for CHF260m ($257.6m).
Formerly known as CardioNet Inc, BioTelemetry is a wireless medical technology company based in the US.
The acquisition will enable the company to enhance its remote patient monitoring platform.
