Medical aesthetics company Sientra Inc has announced plans to acquire Miramar Labs Inc for $20m.
Both the companies involved in the acquisition are based in the US.
Sientra will be able to expand its aesthetics product portfolio.
Diversified manufacturing company Cretex Companies Inc has announced the attainment of medical devices assembling and packaging company Quality Tech Services Inc.

American Medical Group LLC has announced the purchase of a controlling stake in SOLOS Endoscopy Inc from Robert Segersten.
American Medical is a healthcare company, while SOLOS is a medical equipment firm. Both are based in the US.
