Teleflex, a medical technology provider, has announced to acquire Vascular Solutions, a medical device company based in the US, for a purchase consideration of up to $1bn.

Teleflex, a medical technology provider, has announced to acquire Vascular Solutions, a medical device company based in the US, for a purchase consideration of up to $1bn.

According to the agreement, the combined company will provide approximately 150 cardiac, vascular and interventional access products to the customers.

The acquisition will enable Teleflex to further expand its vascular and interventional businesses.

Flexan LLC, a subsidiary of Flexan Medical, has acquired Medron, a medical device contract manufacturing services provider.

The acquirer and the target company are both based in the US.

Universal Hospital Services (UHS) has acquired Radiographic Equipment Services, a medical imaging solutions provider.

The two partners will jointly work to provide better services to Southern Carolina customers.

The acquisition enables UHS to strengthen its medical equipment service offerings.
