Dehaier Medical Systems is set to supply its sleep respiratory solution systems to China’s emerging physical examination chain, Sonqao Health Checkup Institution.

As part of an agreement signed between Dehaier’s agent and Sonqao earlier in May, the company will deliver related data transmission working stations, cloud-based diagnostic and analysis software, watch-sized sleep diagnostic and monitoring devices and disposable photoplethysmography (PPG) sensors.

According to Dehaier, hundreds of wearable sleep diagnostic systems have been delivered to hospitals and private physical check-up centres since early 2015.

In addition, the company distributed 250,000 disposable PPG sensors to its regional agents by the end of the first quarter, which are being delivered to medical institutions across China.

Sonqao provides comprehensive physical check-up and personalised health management services to more than 200,000 patients annually through its three physical examination centres in Beijing and inner Mongolia.
