AccesoFarm director general Sergio Wolf Fraind said: “We are thrilled to become the exclusive international distributor of TTG’s products and services in Mexico.

“TTG has an extensive range of services, and this partnership will allow us to expand our services and bring a new level of expertise to our customers.”

In May 2023, TTG acquired US-based Digirad Health from Star Equity, which operates a diagnostic imaging turnkey business.

The $40m deal includes $27m in cash, a promissory note worth $7m, and a $6m rollover common equity interest in TTG.

Digirad Health offers original equipment manufacturer services for fixed and mobile solid-state nuclear medicine cameras.
