Defibrillators deliver an electric current or pulse to the patient's heart to restore the heartbeat after a cardiac arrest.

During a cardiac arrest, the heart is not able to pump blood into the body. This application helps to recover and is used to stop abnormal heart rhythm by placing the pads on the chest. It reactivates the blood supply into the body.
