SCHURTER’s health and safety management system has been certified by the trade association BG ETEM for the very first time according to OHSAS 18001.
The purpose of this newly-implemented safety management system is to avoid accidents, work-related injuries and illnesses and to protect the health of the employees at work in general.
As one of the leading manufacturers of input systems, SCHURTER is also certified according to the relevant quality, environment and energy ISO standards. With this new certification, relevant health and safety processes were now implemented in the integrated management system (IMS) of the company.
The auditor of the trade association, Friedrich Hiddemann (on the right), congratulated for the successful implementation of the OHSAS mangagement system and handed over the certificate to the health and safety manager of SCHURTER, Arnold Bohny.
